Electronic Magic Ltd (the Cable Design Software Company) announce today that it has changed its company name to Cimteq Ltd. The goal of the name change is to strengthen the Computer Integrated Manufacturing brand focus.

During the past few months, and in parallel with our technical services, we have developed a strong corporate identity that will accurately represent our company and its products and services to our clients and prospects.

Even though our company name is changing, all core activities will remain the same. Cimteq Ltd will continue to provide CableBuilder as its flagship product and all the required services to implement and support it. Cimteq will continue to develop CableBuilder and other related products to serve the Wire and Cable Market. Our focus will remain in the cable design and sales and marketing tools with emphasis on value adding components and features.

The company has thrived in the past year. Some of the highlights include:

• We have seen our client base extend from just Europe to North America and Africa.
• El-Sewedy Cables, a very important Egyptian company and one of the largest in the middle-east, chose CableBuilder to improve their customer service and stream-line their design and technical processes.
• Dekoron Wire and Cable of the USA is a leader in the design, manufacture, and marketing of multi-pair instrumentation, control, and thermocouple cables. They have selected CableBuilder to deliver world-class service to their customers.
• The release of a new version of CableBuilder to support special cable products and enhance application flexibility.
• CableBuilder was voted among the top products of 2004 by a leading trade magazine.
